We offer the service of metal surface protection with powder plasticization.
The protection process consists of several procedural steps: chemical cleaning, drying, powder coating and oven drying. The protection process ends with polymerization in an oven at a temperature between 180 and 200°C.
Process requirements such as temperature and polymerization time are fully regulated and controlled. We are able to control the quality of the protective coating by measuring the coating thickness, adhesion strength and color shade.
