Casting of aluminum legs for luxury furniture. Legs are made by injection molding under high pressure, in multi-core molds. The highest quality aluminum alloys are used as material.
After casting, the legs are sent for degreasing, and then for sandblasting or polishing. The processes are robotic and very precise, and quality control is performed multiple times during production, finishing and finally before delivery.
Final finishing involves plasticizing in the color desired by the customer.
